Gossip Girl focuses on the rich and privileged prep school students on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The series follows Serena van der Woodsen, her ex-best friend Blair Waldorf, and those in and around their circle. Serena's back in town - a fact that everyone learned from the all knowing 'Gossip Girl' - and everything is likely to change.

Blair Waldorf has enjoyed her time in the spotlight as the most popular girl in school. With her ex best friend, Serena van der Woodsen's sudden reappearance, Blair has no intentions of giving the position up. The friendship between the two girls is tense, especially complicated by Blair's boyfriend Nate. Blair has no intention of losing Nate to Serena, but is she fighting a losing battle?
